摘要
系统研究了五种食用色素在活性碳上的吸附性能和七种无机阴离子的洗脱行为,以及离子色谱淋洗条件,拟定了“离线”活性碳吸附预分离—离子色谱分析食用色素中无机阴离子的方法。该法所用预处理剂对色素的吸附量高,而无机阴离子易于洗脱,且价廉和容易获得。用于合成样的分析,回收率达95%~104%,五次平行测定的相对标准偏差不超过4%,满足分析要求。
The adsorption character of five colorants and the elution behavior of seven inorganic anions on active carbon were systematically studied. The elution conditions of ion chromatography were optimized. The analytic method for seven inorganic anions in five colorants by active carbon preseparation-ion chromatograph was developed. Active carbon used as preseparation agent, from which the inorganic anions are easily eluted and has high adsorbance for the five colorants. In addition, it is cheap and easily got as well. The recoveries for the analysis of synthetic samples were 95%~104% and relative standard deviations were less than 4% (n=5) being satisfied for the analytic requirements.
