摘要 知识应用是知识的价值实现环节,是企业知识管理各层主体的关注焦点;知识检索则是企业知识应用的基础环节。鉴于此,设计企业知识管理系统知识检索引擎架构,对其内封装的各知识检索算法进行了广泛而深入的分析与探讨,以期指导企业知识管理的具体实施过程。
