纳米TiO_2修饰石英晶体微天平测定水样中痕量Pb(Ⅱ)

摘要 采用石英晶体微天平技术研究了纳米TiO2涂层对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附行为,探讨了溶液pH值、TiO2涂层厚度、Pb(Ⅱ)浓度等对吸附过程的影响,在2.04×10-6~5.20×10-8mol/L浓度范围内,石英晶体微天平的频率变化值与Pb(Ⅱ)的浓度呈很好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9986,检测限为6.85×10-8mol/L。该方法与传统的Pb(Ⅱ)检测方法相比较操作简便、灵敏度高、所需仪器设备简单。用于实际水样测定,结果令人满意。 In situ technique of quartz crystal microbalance was used to investigate the adsorption behavior of Pb(Ⅱ) on nano-sized TiO2 particles coating. The influences of pH, thickness of TiO2 coating and concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) on the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) were studied. A good linear relation between the value of frequency shift and the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ) was obtained in the range of 2.04×10^-6-5.20×10^-8mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9986,and the detection limit was 6.85×10^-8mol/L.The method has simple operation, high sensitivity and needs simple equipments when compared with the traditional method, and has satisfactory result when applied to the determination of trace lead in environment water sample.
