摘要 为了尽可能地降低Texaco煤气化渣中可燃物,提高气化效率,分析了Texaco煤气化渣中可燃物升高的原因,提出了降低渣中可燃物、提高煤浆质量的措施。并对关键措施之一的提高炉温操作进行了工业化在线试验,通过分析试验数据,得出了以下结论:Texaco煤气化炉存在一个最佳操作温度,此温度比气化煤的FT温度高30℃~50℃;确定Texaco煤气化炉运行控制参数要从整体最优考虑,才能保证运行周期最长、效益最大。 In order to cut down as much as possible the combustibles in the slag from Texaco coal gasification and to improve the efficiency of coal gasification, the causes of high combustibles in the slag were analyzed and relevant countermeasures were suggested. This is also helpful to elucidate the operation economy with high load and low temperature. The industrial test to raise temperature has been done. The results show that the optimum operation temperature of the Texaco gasifier should be 30℃ -50℃ higher than the FT of the coal being used. The operation and control parameters should be determined as such that they are optimum for the plant as a whole and can ensure long life time and greatest economic benefit.
