摘要
介绍了以焦炭、纯O2和CO2为原料,制取高纯度CO的技术,对试生产中气化部分、压缩部分、净化部分所出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的技改措施。技改后,实现了装置的稳定运行,达到了气化炉灰渣含碳质量分数≤5%,粗煤气中CO体积分数60%~70%,产品气CO体积分数≥96%,CO2体积分数≤0.5%的设计要求。
The high purity CO production technology, using coke, pure O2 and CO2 as feedstock, were introduced. The problems occurred in the trial production in terms of gasification, compression and purification were analyzed and measures for improvement were suggested. After technical revamping the plant operation was stable, the carbon content in the slag of the gasifier is ≤5% and the CO volume concentration in the crude gas and in the product gas is 60%-67% and ≥96% respectively, besides, the CO2 in the product gas is ≤0.5%, which is called for by the design requirement.
