男性美沙酮维持治疗患者性功能状况研究

Study of conditions of sexual function in male patients by MMT

目的:了解男性美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)患者性功能状况,探讨其原因及对策。方法:采用自制调查表和IIEF-5对135名患者进行调查,从客观情况、主观感受、诊断和IIEF-5评分4个方面进行综合分析。结果:感觉接受MMT后性功能变差的患者要显著多于感觉变好的患者(P<0.01),91.1%的患者对当前性生活状况表示不满意,83.7%的患者认为当前性功能状况不会影响到继续接受MMT。MMT后性欲低下患者和ED患者要多于MMT前(P<0.01),而性功能正常患者和射精受抑患者要少于MMT前(P<0.01)。美沙酮维持剂量、年龄都和IIEF-5评分负相关,MMT时间和IIEF-5评分无相关性。结论:男性MMT患者性功能状况差于接受MMT前,美沙酮维持剂量是关键因素,调整好美沙酮维持剂量将有效改善男性性功能状况和提高治疗依从性。

Objectives： To study the conditions of sexual function in male patients by MMT and approach the cause and strategy of it. Methods： 135 male patients by MMT accepted investigation about questionnaire and IIEF -5. The results were analyzed according to objective conditions, subjective feelings, diagnosis and scores of IIEF -5. Results： The number of patients who felt sexual function worsened was significantly more than those who felt sexual function better（P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were 91.1% patients who dissatisfied with condition of sexual function currently, 83. 7% patients who thought their condition of sexual function currently would not effect sequential MMT. Compared with before MMT, number of patients with hypo sexuality and ED increase significantly after MMT（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, but number of patients with normalsexuality and inhibitive ejaculation decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The dose of MMT, age were negative correlated with IIEF -5 scores, but there was no correlations between time of MMT and IIEF -5 scores. Conclusion： The conditions of sexual function in male patients by MMT were worse than before MMT, the dose in MMT was key factor. The adjustment of dose in MMT would improve the conditions of sexual function in male patients by MMT and increase dependence of MMT treatment effectively.
