学习型组织文化的差异与影响研究——基于广东地区国有企业和民营企业样本相比较的实证分析 被引量:24

摘要 本文在借用西方学习型组织等相关概念和理论以及学习型组织多维度量表(Di-mensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire)的基础上,采取了实证研究设计。通过对广东省4家国有企业和5家民营企业的调查,收集、处理和分析了来自919个员工的问卷资料,进而探索了有关中国本土企业学习型组织文化的几个重要问题。研究结果表明:(1)不同的人口统计变量(如年龄和教育程度以及企业所有制属性(如国有企业和民营企业),在企业的学习型组织文化中表现出了显著的差异,从而依次推断它们可以成为学习型组织形成过程的前因变量;(2)企业的学习型组织文化对员工的工作满意度和所感知组织绩效有着显著的正向影响。另外,本文还对所得的发现及其启示进行了讨论,并提出了针对管理实践和进一步研究的建议。
