摘要 传染病信息学是管理和分析传染病相关数据的一门新兴学科,主要研究传染病领域的数据收集、共享、分析和处理。从信息技术的角度,讨论了传染病信息学的核心技术和研究思路,及其在症状监测中的具体应用。症状监测作为一种广泛采用的公共卫生监测措施,是传染病信息学的主要应用领域。 Infectious Disease Informatics (IDI) is an emerging field that studies issues of data collection, sharing, modeling, and management in the domain of infectious diseases. This paper discusses various technical components of IDI research from an information technology perspective. Syndromic surveillance as a widely-adopted approach to detect and respond to public health and bioterrorism events, is used to illustrate these components of IDI research.
