摘要
拉深筋是板材成型中的重要控制手段之一。目前,对拉深筋的研究虽取得了一定的成果,但有关对板材成型的影响研究还较欠缺。本文利用数值模拟方法,研究了矩形拉深筋的筋高、筋宽、圆角半径等结构尺寸对板材后续成型的影响。研究结果表明,板料在矩形拉深筋中每通过一个圆角厚度都有所减薄;筋高与板料的减薄量和等效应变之间存在良好的线性关系,随着筋高的增大,减薄量和等效应变也增大;矩形拉深筋的筋宽对板材后续成型的影响不十分明显;拉深筋的各圆角半径的增大都会使减薄量和等效应变减小。
Drawbead is an important measure taken to control the sheet forming. Despite some progress of the research on drawbead so far, the mechanics of forming related to drawbead needs a further exploration. This paper studies the relationship between the thickness and the equivalent strain of the sheet in a rectangle drawbead. The study indicates that the thickness will be reduced and the equivalent strain will be better distributed when the sheet passes through the rectangle drawbead. A good linear relation between the height of rectangle drawbead and the thickness reduction, and the equivalent strain of the sheet may be established. The thickness reduction and the equivalent strain will increase along with the height of the rectangle drawbead, but the drawbead width does not have a significant effects on them. What is more, the increase of comer radius of the rectangle drawbead will reduce the thickness reduction and the equivalent strain.
