摘要 CO和C2H4作为煤氧化和煤高温热解过程中产生的自燃指标气体,与CH4一起构成采空区多元瓦斯气体的重要组成部分,本文针对CO,C2H4这两种自燃指标气体,研究它们与CH4组成的多元瓦斯气体的爆炸极限特性。探索了可燃性气体本性对浓度爆炸极限的影响、CO对多元瓦斯气体的阻尼效应以及C2H4与CO间的协同氧化诱导效应。本研究结果为分析采空区瓦斯的爆炸链引发、防止灾害的发生提供了理论基础,对指导支链燃烧和支链爆炸的实践,具有一定的理论价值。 CO and C2H4 are regarded as the indication gases of self-ignition during the oxidation and heat resolves of coal, compose the important ingredient of multicomponent Gas in mined-out stopes with CH4 together. The paper studied the explosive limit characteristic of polybasic Gas containing CH4, CO and C2H4. It Probed into the effect of concentration explosive limits caused by the nature of explosive gases, the damping effect of polybasie Gas caused by CO, as well as the conjunct oxidative and inductive effect between C2H4 and CO. The results of experiment provide the theory base in analyzing the explosion chain solicitation and the prevent of explosion. It will be of great theory value to guiding the application of chain combustion and chain explosion in practice.
