The year of 1996 was significant Co., Ltd.（shengli in short）.On June 3rd, the declaration materials of Shengli passed the inspection of China Securities Regulatory Commission. A month later, on July 3rd, Shengli was formally listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Shengli took biotechnology as the main industry at the beginning of the new century. In 2006, Shengli began to extend the range of animal health products which were supported by the ＂Biotechnology Consultant Group＂ of the academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
