摘要
目的:建立用气相色谱同时测定工作场所空气中过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸的测定方法。方法:空气中过氧化苯甲酰用微孔滤膜采集,乙醚洗脱,被还原剂还原成苯甲酸,经提取,用FID定量。结果:本法过氧化苯甲酰、苯甲酸检测限均为1.0μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.22 mg/m^3(采集45 L气体)。两者在4~300μg/ml间线性关系良好,r=0.9999。RSD分别在1.2%~4.9%之间。平均加标回收率分别为99.1%,100.1%。结论:方法简便、可靠、灵敏,设备要求不高,可广泛用于基层单位对工作场所空气中过氧化苯甲酰及苯甲酸的采集和测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of benzol peroxide and benzoic acid in the air of workplace by GC. Methods:Benzol peroxide in the air of workplace was collected by cellulose ester membrane filter and extracted by ether, then was deoxidized into benzoic acid by reducing agent and the extracts were determined by GC with FID. Results:The detection limit of benzol peroxide and benzoic acid was 1.0μg/ml. Their lowest detection concentration was 0. 22 mg/m^3. Their linear equation was good between 4 ~ 300μg/ml, r = 0. 9999. Conclusion:The method is liable, sensitive and suitable for collection and detection of benzoyl peroxide in the air of workplace at the same time.
