气相色谱法测定尿液中盐酸氯丙嗪

Detection of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in urine by GC

目的：建立气相色谱法测定尿中盐酸氯丙嗪分析方法。方法：用乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,通过液-液萃取尿液中微量盐酸氯丙嗪,在DB-1701石英弹性毛细管柱上分离,氮磷检测器检测。实现中毒病人尿液中盐酸氯丙嗪的快速检测。结果：乙酸乙酯萃取效果好,方法最小检出浓度0.05μg/ml、相关系数0.9993、变异系数3.05%～4.15%、样品加标回收率98.1%～101%。结论：方法准确性好、灵敏度高、简便、快速,适合盐酸氯丙嗪中毒事件的快速检测。

Objective：To establish a analytic method for detection of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in urine by gas chromatograph spectrometry. Methods：The liquid samples were extracted from urine by ethyl acetate. The extractive solution was analyzed by using GC - NPD and DB1701 column. Results：Expression effects were shown in the liquid - liquid extraction. The limit of detection for chlorpremazine hydrechloride was 0. 05μg/ml,with the relative Coefficients of 0. 9993. The variability coefficient ranged from 3.05% ～ 4. 15%. The recoveries with standard addition ranged from 93.6% ～ 96.4%. Conclusion： The methods is accurat, highly sensitive, convenient and fast. It is suitable for quick dectection of chlorpremazine hydrechloride poisoning.
