摘要 目的:建立了对中药、保健品、食品中有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类等多种农药残留的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定方法。方法:针对不同的样品,采用不同的提取法,选用DM-1毛细管柱,通过柱程序升温,对多种农药进行同时检测。结果:各种农药在0.01~2000 ng/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.092~21.2 pg。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,具有良好的通用性。 Objective:The residues of many sorts of organochlorines and pyethroids in traditional chinese medicines and health foods and foods were determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Methods:The pesticides residues in different samples were extracted by different methods. The pesticides residues were seprated by DM - 1 column with the column temperature program. Results:Many sort of pesticides could be separated perfectly. The standard cure showed good linearity over the concentration range of 0. 01 - 2000 ng/m, respectively. The detection limit of many sorts of pesticides was 0. 092 - 21.2 pg. Condusion:The method has the advantage of being rapid, simple and accurate.
