尿液沉渣标准化检查与UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪结果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对尿液沉渣标准化检查与UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪的检测结果进行比较并评价。方法:选取肾内科门诊病例15例和住院病例22例,分别用尿液沉渣标准化检查所推荐的方法与UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪分析尿液中红细胞、白细胞的含量。结果:两种方法检测RBC的相关系数为0.9787,线性回归方程:Y=0.9787X+1.87检测WBC的相关系数为0.9876,线性回归方程:Y=0.9876X+1.38。结论:UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿液标准化检查对同一尿液标本检测,其结果有良好的相关性。 Objective:To compare the result of the Sysmex UF - 100 automated urinalysis analyze and microscopic examination of urinary sediments. Methods:Urinary specimens from nephros 37 patients were analyzed by UF- 100 and reports from microscopic examination of urinary sediments were compared with the quantity of urinary RBC and WBC. Results : Coefficient correlation of two methods about RBC was 0. 9787 and equation of linear regression : Y = 0. 9787X + 1.87 coefficient correlation of two metheds about WBC was 0. 9876 and equation of linear regression : Y = 0. 9876X + 1.38. Condution :The two results are very similar to those of testing urine dependability.
