摘要 目的:分析近6年温州地区三起宋内志贺菌流行菌株的耐药性变迁,提高防治措施的针对性,避免抗生素的滥用。方法:对分离的菌株采用生化试验和血清凝集试验鉴定,并用K-B法对从腹泻病人分离的宋内志贺菌株进行药物敏感试验。结果:41株宋内志贺菌对11种抗生素出现不同程度的耐药性。其中从第一起分离到的18株菌株对庆大霉素100%敏感到第三起分离的10株宋内菌呈现了100%耐药性,而对诺氟沙星、呋喃唑酮、头孢三嗪三种抗生素呈100%敏感。结论:温州地区近年来宋内志贺菌耐药性发生了明显的变化。药物呋喃唑酮、诺氟沙星、头孢三嗪可作为目前临床治疗的常用药物,但应加强对耐药性开展动态监测是十分有意义和必要的。 Objective:To analyze the thrice vicissitude of drug resistance with ShigeUa sonnei epidemic strain in Wenzhou city during this 6 years to promote prevention and cure measures and avoid abusing antibiotics. Methods:According to serum agglutination test, ATB biochemistry identify system and K - B method, we check out. the drug sensitivity of S. sonnei which were separated from diarrhea patients. Results :Forty -one strains had drug resistance with eleven kinds of antibiotics. 18 strains obtained for the first time were all sensitive to gentamycin. But 10 strains became drug resistance when they were separate for the third time. Fortunately they were absolutely sensitive to Norfloxacin, Furazolidone and Cephatrizine. Conclusions:In this years, the drug resistance of ShigeUa sonnei have obviously changed in Wenzhou city. Norfloxacin, Furazolidone and Cephatrizine could be used.
