摘要
目的:了解泰安市面粉中增白剂的添加情况。方法:对2006年市售面粉中增白剂含量进行检测分析。结果:检测面粉394份,合格342份,合格率为84.3%。结论:面粉中增白剂添加情况较普遍,应加大卫生监督力度。
Objective :To understand the brightening agent adding condition of flour in Taian. Methods:Detection and analysis on the brightening agent content of selling flour were done in 2006. Results:A total of 394 flour samples were detected,342 were qualified, the qualified rate was 84. 3%. Conclusion :The brightening agent adding condition of flour is common. So health surveillance and supervision should be strengthened in the future.
