市售面粉增白剂含量调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of brightening agent content of selling flour in Taian City

目的:了解泰安市面粉中增白剂的添加情况。方法:对2006年市售面粉中增白剂含量进行检测分析。结果:检测面粉394份,合格342份,合格率为84.3%。结论:面粉中增白剂添加情况较普遍,应加大卫生监督力度。

Objective ：To understand the brightening agent adding condition of flour in Taian. Methods：Detection and analysis on the brightening agent content of selling flour were done in 2006. Results：A total of 394 flour samples were detected,342 were qualified, the qualified rate was 84. 3%. Conclusion ：The brightening agent adding condition of flour is common. So health surveillance and supervision should be strengthened in the future.
