瘢痕疙瘩术后放射治疗有效时机的Meta分析

The best time of radiotherapy of ketoids after the operation:a Meta analysis

目的评价瘢痕疙瘩术后放射治疗的最佳有效时机。方法采用Meta分析方法，对4篇公开发表且符合入选标准的文献作分析，按术后1～3d放疗组与术后4～7d放疗组进行统计。结果术后1～3d放疗组的瘢痕疙瘩患者有确切疗效，同术后4～7d放疗组比较，相对危险度0．0247-0．3103〈1。结论放射治疗对于减少瘢痕疙瘩切除术后的复发疗效肯定，且宜早期进行放疗。

Objective To evaluate the best postoperative radiotherapy time of keloids. Methods Four reports published in Chinese journal were collected and analyzed by Meta analysis. The patients were divided into 1-3 day postoperative radiotherapy group and 4-7 day postoperative radiotherapy group. Results Compared with 4-7day postoperative radiotherapy group, relative risk （RR） was less in 1-3day postoperative radiotherapy group. Conclusion Radiotherapy can effectively decrease the recurrence of postoperative keloids, particularly when conducted on the early stage.
