摘要
通过研究可发泡性酚醛树脂(PF)的理化性能、发泡活性及其泡沫体的一些性能,探索了可发泡性PF的合成条件。结果表明,反应物甲醛与苯酚的摩尔比(F/P)为1.5~2.2∶1,催化剂NaOH的用量为苯酚摩尔数的0.04~0.06,整个合成反应分为两步进行:第一步主要是苯酚与甲醛的加成,控制反应温度与时间分别为60~70℃和35~40min;第二步主要是缩合反应,控制反应温度与时间分别为90~100℃和35~40min时,能得到性能优良的可发泡性PF。
The synthetic conditions of the foamable phenolic resin were investigated through studying the physics-chemistry and foamable qualities of the resin and the qualities of the foam. The results showed that excellent foamable phenolic resin could be synthesised when the initial formaldehyde to phenol molar ratio (F/P) was 1.5 -2.2; the mole amount of NaOH, which is used as catalyst for this reaction, was 0.04 - 0.06 mol per molar phenol; the whole synthesis reaction was divided into two steps, the first step, which was mainly the addition of aldehyde onto phenol, should be controled at 60 - 70℃ for 35 - 40 min ; the second step ,which was almost the condensation reaction, should be controled at 90 - 100℃ for 35 -40 min similarly.
