摘要
阐述了聚合物熔融塑化技术在微注射成型中的重要性,比较、分析了当前出现的柱塞式塑化、螺杆式塑化、电磁动态塑化及超声塑化等4种聚合物的熔融塑化方式,展望了未来微注射成型中聚合物熔融塑化技术的发展趋势。
The significance of polymer melt plastification technology in micro injection molding was expatiated, several polymer plastification technologies in micro injection molding, including plunger plastification, screw plastification, electromagnetism dynamic plastification, and ultrasonic plastification were analysed and compared. The development trend of polymer plastification technology was prospected .
