氮中挥发性有机物(VOCs)气体标准物质的研制

摘要 叙述了用于室内空气质量评价的挥发性有机物(VOCs)气体标准物质的研制。即氮中苯、甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯和十一烷混合气体标准物质,用称量法制备,用气相色谱法考察其均匀性、稳定性。样品经中国计量科学院测试,与国外同类标气比对,数据吻合。现已被批准为国家二级标准物质使用,标准物质编号GBW(E)060756,其标准值最低达0.5×10-6mol/mol,定值相对不确定度为6%(k=2)。 The article described the development of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) gas standard material used for indoor air quality evaluation. Namely, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene, styrene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and undecan in nitrogen gas standard material, prepared by weighing method, then analyzed by gas chromatography to confirm the uniformity and stability. Measured by the National Institute of Metrology of China ( NIM China) , the data of the samples conforms with similar standard gases from other country. It has been approved by the state in file GBW (E) 060756 that the gas material can be used as second level standard material. The standard value can be as low as 0.5×10^-6 mol/mol. The relative uncertainty is 6% ( k = 2).
