摘要
汽车制动油缸是汽车液压制动系统中的重要部件,由于该零件是在高压环境下工作的,并要求具有较高的安全系数,因此对零件气密性要求较高,对铸件的质量要求也就非常高。以一典型主制动油缸产品为例,分析了铸件缺陷的形成原因,并进行了浇注及凝固过程的计算机模拟仿真,对原来的工艺方案及模具结构进行了修改,应用于生产中获得了很好的效果。
The detent oil-jar is the most important part in car's fluid drive system. Because this part works in high pressure, it must have higher safe-coefficient, so this part requires higher hermetic and higher quality. Taking a typical main detent oil-jar as an example, the reason of the cast defect was analyzed, the casting and the solidification process were simulated by computer. Based on the study, the initial techniques and the mould structure were modified, and a good effect was obtained in production practice.
