一种新的虚拟企业供应商评价模型(英文)

A supplier performance index model in virtue enterprise

随着电子商务的迅速发展,对虚拟企业的研究得到了广泛的关注。对于如何评价虚拟企业供应商的绩效仍然没有得到很好的解决。虽然研究者提出了不少相关理论,但是很多都缺少可靠的模型。一个主要的模型就是供应商绩效指标及Q-调整的供应商绩效指标。然而,由于该指标只适用于常规的企业,尤其是具有比较稳定的供应商关系的企业,从而使得该指标对于虚拟企业中供应商绩效的评价存在缺陷。在该指标的基础上构建了新的指标体系,在保持了指标的易用性和经济性的前提下,使得对于虚拟企业的供应商绩效做出有效的评价。

Virtue enterprise has drawn a worldwide attention as electronic business developed rapidly. How to evaluate the performance of supplier in virtue enterprise is still not well addressed. Lots of theories have been presented. However, most of them are lack of a reliable model. One of the main model aiming to solve this problem is supplier performance index （ SPI）, and Q - adjustment SPI. However, SPI is presented for a static enterprise and especially for a long term relationship with the supplier, which make it not fit for the virtue enterprise. Considerate its easy using and economic cost makes it much more attractive than any other ways for enterprise, we build a new model based on the SPI model to make it suitable for the virtue enterprise using without hamper its original advantages.
