The urban wastewater treatment engineering in Zigong City is one important project of urban environmental protection engineering in Siehuan Province, which is supported by the government bond. The experience in design and construction of the intercepting sewer system which is one of the most important subprojects was summarized in aspects of coordination of the intercepting sewer structure selection with the urban landscape, the intercepting sewer across the block and its design, the especial form of subsidiary structures and so on.
