对羟基苯海因生产废水的处理

摘要 采用盐析/树脂吸附处理对羟基苯海因生产废水。在温度为40℃、芒硝投量为54%、搅拌0.5 h至溶解、静置1 h后进行油水分层的盐析条件下,对母液挥发酚和COD的去除率分别达到83.40%和87.50%。盐析后母液与洗涤废水按一定比例混合,采用NDA99树脂进行吸附处理,吸附流量为1 BV/h,可进一步去除COD和挥发酚,处理效率>99%,处理床体积为20 BV左右。实际工程运行结果表明,采用该技术处理对羟基苯海因生产废水可获得较好的效果。 The salting-out and resin adsorption were used to treat wastewater from p-hydroxyphenylhydantoin production. When the temperature is 40℃ , mirabilite dosage is 54% (w/v) , stirring is 0.5 h and after 1 h settling, the removal rates of volatile phenols in mother liquor and COD are 83.40% and 87.50% respectively. After salting-out, the adsorption treatment of the mother liquor mixed with washing wastewater is performed using NDA99 resin. The adsorption flux is 1 BV/h with the treatment bed volume of 20 BV. The volatile phenols and COD are removed further with treatment efficiency of 99%. The operation results show that this technology is very suitable for treatment of this kind of wastewater.
