浅谈铬盐行业回转窑衬砖损坏的原因及对策

Brief analysis on the damage reasons of the lining brick on the rotary kiln and resolving measures in chromium salt industry

铬盐生产中主要设备回转窑的衬砖损坏直接影响企业的生产。对企业历次更换衬砖的原因进行了分析论证,认为内衬损坏的原因与工艺过程和耐火材料的选用有直接的关系。工艺过程中的影响因素有物料的侵蚀、清理结圈过程中的机械损伤、物料的磨损、转窑的工艺操作、窑体与内衬的相对运动;耐火材料的影响因素有耐火砖及耐火泥的质量、施工质量等。因此,延长回转窑内衬的寿命主要从改善工艺操作、合理选用耐火材料、严格施工质量3个方面采取措施。各个企业要根据自己的实际情况查找原因并采取相应措施。

The rotary kiln is the main equipment in the production of chromium salts. The damage of its lining bricks will directly affect the production of the enterprises. Through analysis on the reasons of all previous changing experiences of the enterprises, believed that the damage reason of lining bricks had direct relation with the technological process and the selection of refractory, materials. The .affecting factors in the technological process included ： materials corrosion, mechanical damage in cleaning the sintered materials, abrasion of the materials, the operation process of the kiln and the relative movement between the kiln and the lining brick. The affecting factors of the refractory materials included：the quality of the refractory brick and refractory earth, the construction quality and so on. So for prolonging the service life of the kiln lining, measures should be taken in the three aspects i. e. improving the operation process, choosing suitable refractory materials and be strict in controlling the construction quality. Enterprises should seek the problems and take measures in line with their own situations nevertheless.
