摘要 [目的]探讨急性呼吸道梗阻时采用密闭式吸痰的可行性研究。[方法]分别采用开放式和密闭式两种吸痰方式对急性喉梗阻实验犬血流动力学的变化。[结果]两种吸痰方式吸痰前收缩压(SBP)比较差异有统计学意义;密闭式吸痰前后平均肺动脉压(MPAP)比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]急性呼吸道梗阻时选择密闭式吸痰对犬的血流动力学影响不大,临床可行性还需进一步观察。
