摘要
通过分析信息流在ITO产业运营中的重要作用,探讨了信息流、资金流和人才流如何共同作用影响ITO产业的发展,重点研究并提出了信息流控制下的ITO产业运营模式。
This paper analyzes the important role of information flow in the ITO industries operating. Then explore the information flow, capital flow and talent flow, How to effect the development of the ITO industry together. The most important of all, research and made the operating mode of ITO industry under the control of information flow.
