摘要
企业核心竞争力主要包括基于技术与技术创新的核心竞争力、基于知识观的核心竞争力、基于资源观的核心竞争力、基于组织与系统观的核心竞争力、基于业务外包的核心竞争力、基于流程的核心竞争力。本文认为,在全球化技术竞争时代,以速度为支撑的技术竞争已经成为主流,通过并购获得技术优势成为提升高科技企业核心竞争力的有效手段。主要体现在四方面:一是通过并购获取技术资源构建核心竞争力;二是通过并购拥有顶级人才,培育核心竞争力;三是通过并购突破成长瓶颈,创新核心竞争力;四是通过并购整合凝聚核心竞争力。
The authors analyze the background of the formation of enterprises core capability theory and briefly introduce the main thought and views of the main schools. Based on this, with the help of case study, the authors make out the relationship between M＆A and core competitiveness and the core view of point that is M＆A is an effective measure for the high-tech enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.
