摘要
本文认为,人才流失对企业而言不仅仅意味着损失,人才流失对企业也具有正面作用,它有利于企业重新审视自身在人力资源管理方面存在或暗藏的各种问题,有利于保持企业的生机和活力,有利于增加信息来源。应对人才流失,企业必须坚持以人为本,形成现代人力资源观、新型员工忠诚观和全面的人才价值观,同时采取积极措施抑制人才流失产生的负面作用,及时进行员工离职前的双向沟通,与离职员工保持良好的联系,并在适当的时候迎回流失的人才,化不利为有利。
The author argues that, brain drain does not only mean losses for the enterprises, it also has some positive function. It will be benefit for the enterprises to think about the existing or potential problems with human resources management, be benefit for maintaining vitality of the enterprises and be benefit for increasing information resources. To compete with brain drain, the enterprises should adhere to the principle of taking human beings as the center, form comprehensive view of concept, communicate with leaving employees and keep in touch with them.
