摘要
目的:了解护士对多元文化护理的认知状况和培训需求,为多元文化护理培训提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,调查北京市3所三级甲等综合医院302名临床护士对多元文化护理的认知状况及培训需求。结果:护士对多元文化护理的认知度分数较低,其中理论知识得分最低(0.76±0.60),其次为沟通能力得分(1.99±0.93);本科及其以上学历护士理论知识分数显著高于大专和中专学历护士;90%以上的护士认为有必要进行多元文化护理培训。结论:加强多元文化护理教育和护士培训,增强护士的多元文化护理意识和提高服务质量。
Objective:To investigate the awareness and the training needs of multiculturalism nursing care in order to provide information for the training of the multiculturalism nursing care. Methods:302 nurses from three general hospitals were investigated by using self-designed questionnaires on awareness of multiculturalism nursing care and the needs of training. Results:The total scores of multiculturalism nursing care were a little low. The scores of theoretical mastery were the lowest (0.76± 0.60) and the ability of communication was the second lowest (1.99±0.93). Nurses with educational background of secondary specialized schools and associate colleges had lower theoretical scores than nurses who graduated from colleges and universities (P〈0.05). More than ninety percent nurses considered that it was necessary to hold multiculturalism nursing care training. Conclusion:It was necessary to strengthen multiculturalism nursing care education and nurses’ training in order to improve nurses’ multiculturalism nursing care awareness and the quality of nursing care.
