Analysis of Mixing Tube Collapse Failures in Spray Attemperators

近几年来,喷水减温器的混合管出现了变形损坏等事故。本文对事故原因进行了分析,认为这是由于混合管内外压差过大所引起。对此作者提出了三条改进意见。

Deformation failures of mixing tubes in spray attemperaters, which happneed in recent years, are analysed with the conclusion that the reason is the excessive pressure differen- re across the tube wall. Three improvement suggestions are presented.
