囊状疣状角化不良瘤

A case of the cystic type of warty dyskeratoma

报告1例囊状疣状角化不良瘤。患者男,54岁。左颊部疣状增生物1年余,皮损为0.5cm×0.5cm疣状物,质地较硬。组织病理学检查可见真皮乳头层及网状层上部有一囊腔结构,囊壁为鳞状上皮,局部可见棘层松解及角化不良,囊腔内为角质物,囊壁有放射状排列的基底细胞条索,周围绕有纤维组织。诊断为囊状疣状角化不良瘤。

A case of the cystic type of warty dyskeratoma is reported. A 54-year-old male developed a verrucous papule on the left cheek for one year. Histopathologic features of the lesion showed that a relatively large, well circumscribed cystic structure situated mainly in the papillary and upper reticular dennis and was filled with masses of keratin material. The cyst wall was composed of sqnamous epithelia with focal acantholysis and dyskeratosis. There was basal cell stripe radially arranged on the cyst wall and some fibrous proliferation around it.
