环氧乙烷灭菌处理对病毒灭活输血过滤器的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察环氧乙烷灭菌处理对病毒灭活输血过滤器的影响和环氧乙烷在滤器中的残留状况。方法采用定期随机抽样法和分光光度法进行了检测和评价。结果经环氧乙烷灭菌处理的输血过滤器中的残留环氧乙烷在灭菌后的6个月内呈缓慢解析状态,为非线性解析曲线。有56.82%的灭菌过滤器需放置6-12个月后残留环氧乙烷解析才能合格;有20.45%的灭菌过滤器需放置18个月后才能合格;剩下的有9.09%的灭菌过滤器即使长期放置,环氧乙烷残留量仍处于超标状态。结论环氧乙烷灭菌处理的病毒灭活输血过滤器对环氧乙烷具有很强吸附性且不易解析,建议不采用环氧乙烷灭菌此类过滤器。 Objective To observe the influence of ethylene oxide sterilization on viruses inactivation blood transfusion filter and the residual state of ethylene oxide in the filter.Methods Regular random sampling method and spectrophotometry were used for detection and evaluation.Results The residual ethylene oxide in the blood transfusion filter sterilized with ethylene oxide was in the state of gradual decomposition within 6 months after sterilization and the decomposition curve was non-linear.56.82% of the sterilized filters required 6-12 months for decomposition of the residual ethylene oxide to attain the eligible level,20.45% of the sterilized filters could become eligible only after shelving for 18 months and in the remaining 9.09% of the sterilized filters,the residual ethylene oxide still exceeded the allowable level even after shelving for a long time.Conclusions The viruses inactivation blood transfusion filter treated with ethylene oxide has strong adsorbability to ethylene oxide,which is difficult to decompose,so ethylene oxide is not recommended for sterilization of blood transfusion filter.
