摘要
目的观察4种化学消毒剂对仙台病毒的灭活效果。方法采用Klein-Defors悬浮灭活与感染试验方法进行了实验室研究。结果用含有效碘30mg/L的碘伏消毒液,2000mg/L过氧乙酸溶液,含有效氯30mg/L的复方二氯异氰尿酸钠以及含1000mg/L苯扎溴铵消毒液对悬液内仙台病毒作用5min以上,杀灭率均可达到100%。结论上述4种常用化学消毒剂在较低浓度条件下,可以快速灭活仙台病毒,为使用化学消毒剂对环境中污染仙台病毒进行消毒提供了参考依据。
Objective To observe the efficacy of 4 chemical disinfectants in inactivating Sendai virus.Methods Klein-Defors suspending inactivation and infection test methods were used to carry out laboratory study.Results The killing rate of Sendai virus in suspension exposed to iodophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 30 mg/L,2000 mg/L peracetic acid solution,compound sodium dichloroisocyanurate containing available chlorine 30 mg/L or the disinfection solution containing 1000 mg/L bromogeramine for over 5 min could attain 100%.Conclusions The above 4 common chemical disinfectants at relatively low concentration can quickly inactivating Sendai virus.The results provide a reference basis for use of chemical disinfectants to disinfect the environment contaminated by Sendai virus.
