山西省12所医院洁净手术部综合性能监测结果

RESULTS OF MONITORING OF COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTIES OF CLEAN OPERATION DEPARTMENT IN 12 HOSPITALS OF SHANXI PROVINCE

目的了解山西省部分医院洁净手术部洁净技术性能,对其综合性能作出评价。方法采用仪器检测方法对12所医院的116间洁净手术室综合性能进行了检测。结果在尘埃粒子数监测中,9间Ⅰ级洁净手术室合格率为55.55%,18间Ⅱ级洁净手术室合格率为77.77%,55间Ⅲ级洁净手术室合格率为47.27%,7间Ⅳ级洁净手术室合格率为57.14%,27间洁净辅助用房合格率为51.85%。在各项监测指标中,浮游菌、沉降菌合格率均达100%,其他监测项目合格率依次为悬浮粒子92.94%、风速和换气次数62.93%、相对湿度73.28%、压差88.79%、噪声87.93%。结论山西省12所医院洁净手术部综合性能指标合格率波动在47.27%-77.77%,除细菌指标之外,其余指标合格率均比较低,需要改进和提高。

Objective To know the clean technique properties of clean operation department in some hospitals of Shanxi Province and to evaluate their comprehensive properties.Method Instrument examination method was used to examine the comprehensive properties of 116 clean operating rooms in 12 hospitals.Results In monitoring of dust particle count,the eligible rate was 55.55% in 9 grade-Ⅰ clean operating rooms,77.77% in 18 grade-Ⅱ clean operating rooms,47.27% in 55 grade-Ⅲ clean operating rooms,57.14% in 7 grade-Ⅳ clean operating rooms and 51.85% in 27 clean auxiliary rooms.Among various monitoring items,the eligible rate of both floating bacteria and settling bacteria was 100%.The eligible rates of other monitoring items were floating particles 92.94%,wind speed and ventilation frequency 62.93%,relative humidity 73.28%,pressure difference 88.79% and noise 87.93%.Conclusions The eligible rates of comprehensive property indexes of clean operation department in 12 hospitals of Shanxi Province ranged from 47.27% to 77.77%.Except the bacteria,the eligible rates of other indexes were relatively low,so it is necessary to improve.
