IRP(信息资源规划)是军械装备维修保障信息化建设的基础工程和先导工程。介绍了信息资源规划的一些基本概念,讨论了军械装备维修保障信息资源规划的实施步骤,并对基于信息资源规划技术的军械装备维修保障信息化建设整体解决方案进行了分析。
Information resource planning is the basic and leading engineering of ordnance equipment maintenance support information construction. Some basic concepts of information resource planning are introduced, and discussed the steps of ordnance equipment maintenance support information resource planning. Finally, the solution of the whole of ordnance equipment maintenance support information construction is analyzed.
