摘要
采用软解耦的方法来获取YDC—Ⅲ89A型刀杆式测力仪三向的灵敏度、向间干扰度和干扰方程,并采用分段拟合法组成切削力数据处理算法程序,以减小三向切削力向间干扰的影响,从而提高测力仪的测试精度。
In YDC-Ⅲ89A Tool-Holder-Type dynamometer test system, a arithmetic which reduces the couplings three-dimensional cutting forces by using decoupling algorithm and linear interpolation method is introduced. And the testing precision is improved.
