家禽指示氨基酸氧化法——氨基酸需要和代谢利用率 被引量:1

摘要 1.前言实践证明,传统的测定氨基酸需要量的方法对快速生长的家禽而言是有效的。通常,不同组别的家禽被饲喂含有不同氨基酸水平的饲料(从缺乏到过量),然后测定各组的生产性能指标,如生长率、饲料转化率及产蛋率。随着氨基酸水平从不足提高到满足需求,蛋白质合成受到的限制减少,因此生产性能得到提高。氨基酸水平超过需求后,蛋白质合成已经达到最大水平,
