制氢变压吸附解吸气回收利用方案探讨 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了变压吸附(PSA)解吸气产生的原因,针对其组分特点,提出将其作燃料、作合成甲醇原料、脱二氧化碳后作制氢原料三种利用方案,并对这三种方案的优缺点进行分析。 The cause of forming desorption gas from pressure swing adsorption(PSA)unit of hydrogen plant and its compositions were introduced. Three utilization schemes of PSA desorption gas including as fuel, as feed for methanol synthesis and as raw material of hydrogen production after separating CO2,were discussed and compared.
