网络环境下数字图书馆的知识产权保护问题

Intellectual Property Right Protection of Digital Library under Network Environment

网络环境下的数字图书馆与版权保护息息相关。主要分析了数字图书馆在馆藏资源数字化、数字化文献的网络传播、在线咨询过程中涉及的知识产权问题,并提出了在数字图书馆建设和服务过程中解决相关问题的措施。

Digital library is closely linked with copyright protection under network environment. This paper has mainly analyzed the issues of intellectual property right that digital libraries have to face in the course of library-resources digitalization, the network transmission of digital documents, online enquiry and so on. Then it puts forward some countermeasures for solving the copyright problem in the construction and service of the digital library.
