劳动力资源对中国人造板产业国际竞争力的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Labor Resource on International Competitiveness of WBP Industry in China

人造板产业是劳动密集型产业,劳动力资源要素对一国人造板产业国际竞争力具有重要的影响。通过国际比较方法,分析劳动力资源对中国人造板产业国际竞争力的影响。研究结果表明:与其它人造板出口强国相比,中国的劳动力资源十分丰富,劳动力价格低廉,这是形成目前中国人造板产业国际竞争优势的重要源泉;但是中国人造板产业的劳动生产率较低,其主要原因在于劳动力整体素质不高,缺乏高级的技术性工人,不利于产业国际竞争力的持续提升。

Wood-based panel industry is the labor-intensive industry, the labor resource has an important influence on forming international competitive advantage of WBP industry. This paper analyzes the influence of labor resource on international competitiveness of Chinese WBP industry through the method of international comparison. The result shows that： compared to the other world＇s strong countries of WBP export, China＇s labor resource is abundant, and the cost of labor is low. It is the important source of international competitiveness of Chinese wood-based panel industry. But China＇s labor productivity is low. One important reason is that we do not have a high quality of the overall labor forces and the highskilled workers is lack. It is not conducive to upgrade international competitiveness of Chinese WBP industry.
