摘要
首先分析产业技术创新能力的概念,在此基础上对产业技术创新能力评价的目标以及评价内容进行分析,并进一步确定产业技术创新能力的构成要素,以此为理论依据选取产业技术创新能力的评价指标。
In this paper, we firstly discuss the concept of the capability of industry technological innovation, and base on it we analyze the object and content for the evaluation of industry technological innovation capability. Then we confirm the main influential factors of it, and according as this theory makes the selection of evaluation indexes for the capability of industry technological innovation.
