摘要
对聚磷酸铵(APP)进行微胶囊化,复配了新型无卤膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)。利用IFR对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃。对包覆APP和IFR阻燃PP体系的表面形态和性能进行研究。结果表明,包覆的APP粒度均匀致密;在PP中添加IFR阻燃剂不小于30份时,有明显成炭效果,获得良好的阻燃性能,UL-94阻燃级数为V-0。阻燃PP体系的热稳定性也得到提高。
The ammonium polyphosphate(APP) was microencapsulated. The novel non- halogen intumescent flame retardant, which was prepared by microencapsulated APP, was used for the preparation of expansion flame retardant PP. The morphology and properties of the microencapsulated APP and the flame retardent PP were investigated. The results show that the particle size of the microencapsulated APP is uniformity and compact. Followed with adding into PP by no less than 30 phr of IFR, the flame retardant PP has the obvious charring effect and perfect retardancy is obtained with UL-94 rate of V-0. Thermal stability of flame retardent PP is obversily improved.
