摘要
根据注塑产品开发过程特点提出以AMOI集成框架作为并行开发的基础,建立了即时反馈的AMOI信息流动网络与并行开发体系。通过分析比较串行与并行开发的工作模式,并在实例的基础上,论证了开发并实施基于AMOI集成框架的注塑产品与模具并行开发可缩短产品开发周期、降低开发成本、提高产品质量和企业竞争能力。
According to the features of injection development process, AMOI integrated framework is discussed as the base of concurrent development, AMOI information transfer network with instant feedback and concurrent development system are structured. By analysis and compare between the work patterns of serial and concurrent, as well as basis of an instance,a lot of advantages are proved for development and implement concurrent development based on AMOI in injection and mould design, such as shortening design cycle, reducing cost,enhancing product quality and raising competitive power of the enterprise.
