摘要
以青岛市高新技术产业开发区控制性详细规划为实际案例,对控制性详细规划与某些大面积地块开发实际操作过程的背离现象进行了分析,并提出一些对策建议,以期完善我国的城市规划,达到更好控制土地开发的目的。
With Qingdao Hi-tech industrial park planning as a case,the paper analyze the reason of deviation of the regulatory detailed planning from large plot develop procedure,then give some advice to solve this problem,to perfect the city planning of our country and get the purpose of controlling the development of land.
