This paper analyzes the problems easily existed in the process of establishing construction schedule management system,introduces the work should be done well during implementing construction project schedule planning,illustrates the steps to adjust the planning,analyzes the causes of its losing control,and proposed related countermeasures,which has significance for the achievement of general objective of engineering construction.
