摘要
重点探讨了如何缩短工程的工期,并结合工程实例,分析和研究影响工程工期的主要因素,提出了缩短工程工期的有效方法,以供工程施工和管理人员参考。
The article mainly studied how to reduce construction time and some major factors determining construction time are analyzed by engineering case in this paper.An effective method to reduce construction time is put forward,that may be helpful for engineering constructor and manager.
