摘要
通过引入"结构—行为—绩效"即SCP分析范式,探求了我国房地产行业的市场结构以及在这一市场结构下房地产行业的市场行为及其经营绩效,并提出了相应的政策,以促进房地产行业的健康有序发展。
Through introducing ＇structure-behavior-performance＇ namely SCP analyzing model pattern,it discusses the market structure of the real estate industry of our nation and the market behavior of the real estate industry of this market structure and its operating performance,and puts forward the corresponding policy,to prompt the healthy and ordered develop of the real estate industry.
