浅谈建设项目设计阶段的工程造价控制

It points out the key of the costs control of the projects is in the phase of the design under the new condition,analyses the condition,target,and the methods of controlling the costs in the phase of design,so to get the purpose of increasing the design quality and reasonable controlling the costs of the projects.
